Mischa Richter: Live from New York...

A quarter-century ago, Mischa Richter showed he understood the aspirations of a budding young performer. Today, the sentiment expressed in this cartoon might be even more widespread. The original art reveals some cutting and pasting, unusual for Richter. Over time, the paper paste-up on the boy's head has toned differently, making the patchwork more obvious.
